The Waterscores system is an innovative online performance benchmarking tool considered to be one of the first of its kind in the Australian water industry. The system monitors, evaluates and reports on the performance of the Water Corporation's multi-million dollar portfolio of major infrastructure projects and engineering industry alliances. The secure web-based application utilises a customised survey instrument, based on the Australian Business Excellence Framework.
